Phinza's management team, and most of our developers, have a long history of IT Management, Inventory Management, Software Development and providing solutions to Corporations.

Philip Callender - President Phil is responsible for the technology and architecture of the PHINZA product, and is directly involved in its marketing strategy. He is also developer and owner of the ToolTwist technology. Prior to PHINZA, Phil founded, and was the Technical Director of Software Associates (Australia), served as CTO for eHealthcareAsia, a subsidiary of Hong Kong's largest private health provider and co-founded and was CTO of Mind Your LanguageTM, an internet language training company. Phil has more than twenty five years experience in IT in Australia, United States, and across Asia.

Aravind Naidu - Chief Technology Officer Aravind Naidu has the responsibilities of chief engineer and implementation expert. Prior to PHINZA, he held positions with General Electric (Australia), eHealthcareAsia (Hong Kong) and Software Associates (Australia). Aravind brings over 19 years experience in the industry and has extensive experience directing and implementing ICT projects across Asia and Australia. He has provided high-value consulting in the banking and telecommunications industries and has had managerial roles overseeing large IT Infrastructure projects. Arv is commonly known as our "jack-of-all-trades", as he has developed everything from software tools across numerous platforms, Internet banking solutions, through to PC motherboards and interface cards.
